Configure your PartnerAlly account and preferences.

Settings Overview

Settings let you customize PartnerAlly to fit your needs. Configure your account, frameworks, notifications, and more.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings via:

  • Sidebar - Click Settings at the bottom of the navigation
  • Profile Menu - Click your avatar, then Settings
  • Keyboard - Press G then S

Settings Categories

Personal Settings

Settings that affect only your account:

Organization settings require admin access. If you don't see these options, contact your organization admin.

What Users Can Change

All users can configure:

  • Personal profile information

What Admins Can Change

Administrators can also:

  • Organization settings
  • Framework configuration
  • Integrations
  • Team member management
  • Billing and subscription

Settings Sync

Across Devices

Personal settings sync across devices:

  • Log in anywhere
  • Same preferences apply
  • No manual sync needed

Organization Settings

Organization settings apply to everyone:

  • Changed by admins
  • Immediate effect
  • All members see updates

Common Questions

Where do I change my password?

PartnerAlly uses Google authentication. To change your password, update it in your Google account settings.

How do I change my email?

Your email is tied to your Google account. To use a different email, sign up with that Google account.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Yes, you can sign in with different Google accounts. Each account is separate.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Billing settings are available to organization admins under Settings > Billing.
