Navigate and find forms in your form library.
Viewing Forms
The Forms page provides access to all forms in your organization. This guide covers how to navigate, find, and manage your forms.
Accessing the Forms Page
Navigate to forms via:
- Sidebar - Click "Forms" in the main navigation
- Quick Access - Press

Table Columns

| Last Modified | Most recent edit |

Status Indicators
| Status | Badge Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Gray | Under development |
| Published | Green | Active, accepting responses |
| Closed | Yellow | No longer accepting |
| Archived | Light gray | Stored for records |
Filtering Forms
By Status
Filter to see specific statuses:
- All - All forms
- Draft - Forms being created
- Published - Active forms
- Closed - Completed forms
- Archived - Historical forms
By Creator
Find forms by who made them:
- My Forms - Forms you created
- All - Everyone's forms
- Specific Person - One creator's forms
By Date
Filter by timeline:
- Created this week
- Created this month
- Custom date range
Use "My Forms" filter to quickly find forms you own and need to manage.
Sorting Options
Click column headers to sort:

Searching Forms
Use the search bar to find forms by:
- Form name
- Description content
- Question text
- Creator name
Search Tips
- Search is case-insensitive
- Combine with filters for precision
- Searches across form content
Form Quick Actions
From the List
Hover over a form row to see quick actions:
- Open - View the form
- Edit - Modify the form
- Preview - See how it looks to respondents
- Duplicate - Create a copy
- Delete - Remove (if permitted)
Bulk Actions
Select multiple forms for:
- Archive
- Delete (drafts only)
- Export

Click any form to see:
Overview Tab

- Status and settings

- All questions and sections
- Edit mode (if permitted)
Responses Tab
- All collected responses
- Export options

Form Categories
Organize forms by type:

Filtering by Category
If categories are configured:
- Click the Category filter
- Select desired category
- See matching forms
Creating New Forms
From the Form List
Click "New Form"
Find the button in the top right.
Choose Starting Point
- Start from scratch
- Use a template
- Duplicate existing form
Enter Basic Info
Name your form and add description.
Build Your Form
Add questions and configure settings.

Duplicating Forms
Create a copy of an existing form:
Find the Form
Locate the form to duplicate.
Click Duplicate
From quick actions or the form's menu.
Name the Copy
Give it a unique name.
Edit as Needed
Modify for your use case.
Duplicates are created as drafts.
Archiving Forms
Move completed forms to archive:
- Select the form
- Click "Archive"
- Confirm archival
Archived forms:
- No longer appear in main list
- Still accessible via Archive filter
- Responses are preserved
- Cannot receive new responses
Deleting Forms
Delete forms you no longer need:
Deleted forms and their responses are permanently removed. Archive instead if you might need the data later.
What Can Be Deleted
- Draft forms - Can be deleted
- Published forms with responses - Archive instead
- Archived forms - Can be deleted (with confirmation)
Form Sharing
Share a Form Link
For published forms:
- Open the form
- Click "Share"
- Copy the shareable link
- Send to respondents
Embedding Forms
If embedding is enabled:
- Open form settings
- Get embed code
- Add to your website/portal
Viewing as Respondent
Preview how respondents see the form:
- Open the form
- Click "Preview"
- See the respondent view
- Navigate through questions
- Close preview when done
Form Analytics
For published forms with responses:

Common Questions
Why can't I see a form?
Check:
- Your permissions
- Form status (may be archived)
- Filters applied
- Creator visibility settings
How do I close a form to responses?
- Open the form
- Go to Settings
- Change status to "Closed"
- No new responses accepted
Can I reopen a closed form?
Yes:
- Open the closed form
- Go to Settings
- Change status to "Published"
- Form accepts responses again
How many forms can I create?
Typically unlimited. Check your subscription tier for any limits.
