Completing Onboarding
The onboarding process helps us personalize PartnerAlly for your organization. It takes about 5 minutes and consists of 4 steps.
The 4-Step Process
Step 1: Accept Terms of Service
Before using PartnerAlly, you'll need to review and accept three documents:
| Document | What It Covers |
|---|---|
| Terms of Service | Your agreement with PartnerAlly |
| Privacy Policy | How we collect, use, and protect your data |
| Acceptable Use Policy | Guidelines for using the platform |
Click each document title to read it in full. Once you've reviewed them, check the box and click Continue.
You can access these policies anytime from Settings → Privacy & Data or the footer of any page.
Step 2: Your Information
Tell us about yourself:

Step 4: Select Frameworks
Choose which compliance frameworks you need to manage. Based on your industry and company size, we'll recommend frameworks that are most relevant.
Available Frameworks:
| Framework | Best For |
|---|---|
| SOC 2 | SaaS companies, service providers |
| ISO 27001 | International operations, enterprise customers |
| HIPAA | Healthcare, handling protected health information |
| GDPR | EU customers, processing personal data |
| PCI DSS | Processing payment card data |
| AML/BSA | Financial services, cryptocurrency |
Don't worry about getting this perfect. You can enable or disable frameworks anytime in Settings.
Select at least one framework to continue. Frameworks with a star (★) are recommended for your industry.
